The Newton Marasco Foundation is thrilled to announce its third
Go Green Travel Raffle

Bermuda Two guests will fly round trip to Bermuda and stay 5 days and 4 nights in the magnificent Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel.

You have a one in 500 chance to win. Only 500 tickets will be sold beginning February 13 — what a good luck day! — and ending May 12, 2009.

Tickets are $50 each or five for $200.

Raffle package includes: round trip airfare for two from any departure city in the US, and 5 days and 4 nights at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel in a Deluxe Room for two.

Bermuda2 Among the hibiscus and oleander, on the shores of a picturesque natural harbor, the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel is a luxury resort and an elegant tribute to the old world splendor that is Bermuda. Take a dip in their fresh or saltwater pools, catch the complimentary ferry over to the private Fairmont Beach Club in Southampton, frolic with the dolphins at dockyard, or use the hotel as a home base for sailing trips around Hamilton harbor and the Great Sound.

Bermuda3 Imagine waking up to a view of clear blue skies and aquamarine waters dotted with colorful sailboats and sleek yachts. Accommodations are decorated with subtle colors and elegant furnishings that reflect the Victorian heritage of the hotel. Amenities in the hotel include a fitness center, outdoor swimming pools and complimentary ferry service to their private beach, golf course, spa, and tennis facility.

In keeping with the NMF’s mission, this will be a carbon neutral trip.

Terms and Conditions

Raffle package includes two round trip airline tickets and a 5 day, 4 night stay at the Fairmont Princess Hotel in Bermuda. Trip availability begins February 10, 2009 and ends March 1, 2010. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, must be reserved 30 days in advance of travel, and must include a weekend. NMF is responsible for making the reservations. Passengers will fly economy class, round trip from their choice US departure city. NMF is responsible for purchasing the two airline tickets and will consult with the winner to determine flight details. Winner will receive a complete travel packet with all travel details and contact information. Transportation to and from the airport are the responsibility of the winner. Taxes, gratuities and resort levy are the responsibility of the winner. Departure and arrival airline tax are the responsibility of the winner.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation trip insurance is recommended and the responsibility of the winner. Executive Board and staff of the Newton Marasco Foundation are not eligible to win. Advisory Board members are eligible to win.

Tax Information

This raffle is a fund raiser for the Newton Marasco Foundation. All proceeds from this raffle will benefit youth environmental programs of the Newton Marasco Foundation and follows within the foundation’s mission statement. Winner is responsible for all taxes related to the value of the prize and will be given appropriate tax forms at the end of the year. Tax reporting is the responsibility of the winner. Purchase of ticket(s) is fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by lax. The Newton Marasco Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3).
