Corporate Greening

NMF provides corporate greening consulting, serving as experts and advisors as corporations strive to “green” their businesses. NMF offers strategic planning and implementation assistance to help corporate America better integrate business decisions, corporate identity and environmental stewardship. NMF also offers performance assessments of current business practices, exploring ways for a company to be “green” in the execution of its work and development of products and services.

Project Highlight: Guest Services, Inc.

NMF is supporting Guest Services, Inc. in developing an Environmental Management Program and providing general “greening” support for their organization. Guest Services manages concession operations in national parks for the Department of the Interior’s National Park Service and is currently implementing greening standards across the organization. NMF is assisting Guest Services as they formulate an overall greening strategy:

Greening Opportunity Assessment

Mapping Guest Services’ structure, functions and operations to identify opportunities for positioning Guest Services as a green company. A range of options are being developed for management consideration including ISO Certification, Green Marketing, EPA Performance Track and others.

Environmental Action Plan

Providing guidance and oversight in Guest Services’ development and implementation of an environmental action plan that is replicable across the Guest Services organization.

Training

Developing and delivering environmental management training to Guest Services’ management team.
