Workplace Giving

NMF encourages employers to give their employees the option of deducting small reoccurring donations from their paycheck, electing NMF as an annual corporate fund or having workplace giving events. We can help you design the best plan for your employees, or assist in presenting this opportunity to your employer. Estate Planning

Giving a legacy gift is a momentous act of generosity. NMF accepts gifts from estate plans such as wills and trusts. Including NMF in your planning ensures that future generations will be touched with changes in their environment because of what you believe in.

Real Estate Gifts

NMF greatly appreciates property donations that can be used as an investment for NMF or as a property that NMF can use as an environmental reserve. Reserve property can be rural or urban property. NMF will work to increase the natural ecology of the site and use it as a resource for student learning and community building.

Stock Gifts

Gifts of appreciated stock may be deductible from your income tax at their fair market value. This type of gift avoids capital gains tax that would otherwise result from selling the stock and then using the cash to make your gift. Please consider this efficient giving option to make a donation to NMF.
